Zipharm International Inc. was established in 1999 by Max Zive a Pharmacist/Entrepreneur who is presently president of the company. Together with our network of highly experienced associates Zipharm is able to provide a wide range of expert consulting services and support to the pharmaceutical industry.
Zipharm International provides a plethora of specialized consulting services to the pharma industry both nationally and globally. Zipharm International offers special business support services which include: in house training, financial and business consulting. Zipharm International headquarters is located in Toronto, Canada.
Max Zive was the President and founder of Genpharm Inc, which was a major pharmaceutical manufacturing and distributing company located in Toronto, Canada.
Genpharm manufactured an extensive range of high quality prescription medicines. Genpharm was affiliated with an international group of pharma manufacturing/marketing companies located in England, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand including marketing operations throughout Europe. Max helped set up the business which included a state of art manufacturing facility, laboratories and research centre.
Max is on the board of directors of The National Pharmaceutical Sciences Group (PSG). This prestigious non profit training organization services the Pharmaceutical industry, by providing high quality training courses which comply with Health Canada, F.D.A, and WHO regulations. These “Certification Courses” and training programs are acknowledged by Health Canada, FDA and international Pharma industry.

Our President, Max Zive and Zipharm International has been involved in substantial humanitarian activities, providing medicines and related humanitarian donation/supplies to third-world countries located in Africa, Europe and Asia, valued at over $64 million (U.S.) These included sizable contributions to Red Cross in North and South Vietnam for four consecutive years. Furthermore, Max was invited to visit Red Cross centres, clinics, hospitals including other humanitarian NGO's in Vietnam and other countries.
More recent donations were made to the Ministry of Health in Seychelles where a 40 cubic foot container of hospital supplies, medical devices and a substantial amount of new educational books and bicycles. This donation was valued at around $2.5 million. Previous substantial humanitarian aid including medicines were shipped to Zambia, South Africa and some European countries as well.
In line with Zipharm's ongoing humanitarian credo, the company is actively involved in humanitarian activities. The company is proud to partner with a number of renowned international charities and NGO's to successfully achieve our humanitarian goals.
